The ways and manners that The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy handles information have been created knowing that Internet technologies are evolutionary and that Internet business methods of changing technologies are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities. As a result, The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy’spolicies and procedures are subject to change.

In serving its members and visitors, The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracyacquires, stores and transmits customer information, data, and communications that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information – such as the member/visitor’s name, address, telephone number, and credit card data – is provided to The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy by its members/visitors as consideration and payment in establishing service. Some members and visitors may access and modify their personal information via their online personal control panel/account information page. All other members and visitors may access and modify their personal information by contacting The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy by phone or email.

The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy will not otherwise disclose its members/visitors’ personal and account information unless The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy, The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy’s members or visitors, or others, or where The Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
